Confirmation and payment
[After sending your registration request, please wait for the confirmation email to ensure you secured a place at the Global Assembly. If the number of participation slots fill up before you can register, you will be placed on a waiting list.
The confirmation email will be sent out at most three (3) days after the registration request was received, and will contain instructions on how to pay the participation fee. Alternatively, you will be informed that you have been placed on the waiting list.
It will be possible to either transfer your payment individually or to make one collective transfer for a number of participants (which may save on bank transfer fees). Please transfer the participation fee within 5 working days from receiving your confirmation email and send us a copy of the transfer document for our tracking. Once the payment has been received, you will receive another email which confirms that you are registered as a participant.
Terms & Conditions
Any participant bringing their children along is required to consult SWYAA Egypt to ensure we accommodate them better and to confirm participation fee with our providers.
During free time, the participant is responsible for their actions and movements.
Participation is possible for all previous participants in the SWY program (unless suspended/disqualified). This includes Participating Youth, National Leaders, Advisors/facilitators, Administration staff, IYEO staff. Participants can also bring their family / friends provided places are available.
Visas
Participants are required to arrange their own VISA.
Visa requirements depend entirely on your nationality.
Nationals of many countries can obtain an e-visa at: https://www.visa2egypt.gov.eg/, please check the FAQ section on this website to find out if you are eligible.
Nationals of countries that are not eligible to e-visa, will need to apply via the Egyptian consulate in their country.
Registration for ex-JPY
As requested by IYEO, JPY will register directly as mentioned above, and then pay to IYEO for a one-time collective transfer. IYEO will reach out to all the participants from Japan about the payment information.
