16th SWYAA Global Assembly

SWYAA Egypt would like to warmly welcome all SWYAA International members and friends to the 16th Global Assembly!

Official Program

The Official Program will be held between the 22nd and 27th of November 2025 in Cairo & Alexandria.

Optional Tour

The Optional Tour will be held between the 27th of November and the 1st of December onboard a Nile Cruise between the cities of Aswan & Luxor, South of Egypt.

This section covers the process for confirmation, payment of joining fees, visas, terms, conditions, the registration process for Japanese SWYAA members, and how to obtain further information.

Announcement:

• General Admission starts on Tuesday, 3 June 16:00 Egypt Time (UTC+3)

• Admission during this phase is open for SWYers as well as their families and friends (through different application forms).

• In order to maximize the number of available places, only double rooms will be offered during General Admission

• There will be no limit to the number of applications submitted for general admission. Places will be assigned on first-come first-served basis. We will respond to every applicant within one week by e-mail, either confirming they have secured a place or informing them they are on the waiting list.

• We are working with travel providers to secure additional spaces, if successful we will offer places to applicants from the waiting list.
