SWYAA 16th Global Assembly Optional Tour
The Optional tour will be a Nile Cruise that will start from the city of Aswan 900 km South of Cairo and finish in the city of Luxor 700 km South of Cairo. We will go to Aswan via an overnight train leaving Cairo on the evening of Thursday, November 27th and will fly back from Luxor to Cairo on the evening of December 1st. The program will include daily sightseeing visits to amazing ancient Egyptian heritage.
Here is the schedule of the Optional Tour (minor changes are possible):
Cruise Ship
We will sail from Aswan to Luxor onboard M/S Princess Sarah, a five stars cruise ship.
We have chartered the entire cruise ship (68 rooms). Places were reserved based on first come first served basis. We have more applicants on a waiting list.
Registration
Applications will be received together with the application for the Official Program. It is possible to apply for the Optional Tour without applying for the Official Program.
Return Flights
We will be flying back from Luxor to Cairo International Airport (CAI) on the evening of Monday, 1st December. Please be conservative and allow a few hours between your return to Cairo and the departure of your return flight back home.
No hotel accommodation in Cairo is included. If you are not leaving in the early hours of Tuesday, 2nd December, you may want to book an extra night.
